Hi, welcome to my ad looking for 1 friendly female, professional or mature student, to join a house share in Shirley. The house is newly decorated and carpeted, new windows and gas heating. Currently 3 males 2 females all professionals. Note: I am looking for a FEMALE for this room.

I am looking for a respectful, professional female housemate. Would suit anyone wanting quality, hassle free accomodation. No couples, pets or smoking within the house.

Private off road parking, secure garage and plenty of on street , no permit parking.

The room is a double with private en-suite. Modern furnishings included are a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table. Other furnishings, like desks for example, can be available on request. Can also be unfurnished if you have your own furniture and bed.

All bills included: electric, gas, water, council tax, fibre broadband.

Communal area with flatscreen TV (freeview), sofa. Fully furnished kitchen with laundry room. Quiet residential location near to the city centre, train station and local shops and buses.
