The security deposit is the equivalent of 5 weeks rent, reduced to £200 if you have a home or working guarantor.

Applicants will need to pay a Holding Deposit, equivalent to 1 week's rent. Once the holding deposit has been received, New Mills Properties will suspend marketing of the rental property for a period of 15 calendar days while referencing checks take place. Once reference checks have been completed, are acceptable and the tenancy has been confirmed by New Mills Properties, the holding deposit paid will contribute towards the first month's rental payment.
