I have this comfortable and exclusive bedroom available with private ensuite shower-room. All bills are included. This is a two-bedroom flat, therefore you will be sharing with one professional only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need if you like cooking. Also a generously sized fridge-freezer, pans, bowls, cutlery and so on are included. Common areas are cleaned regularly free of charge, so you will not have arguments and issues with your flatmate in terms of regular cleaning. This is all free of charge

The flat is within walking distance from St Machar Park and Seaton Park. The University of Aberdeen is within a stone’s throw distance and you can be in the campus after a nice 10 mins walk through St Machar Park. Local amenities like supermarket, bus stops and convenience stores nearby.

Parking is free and on-street. No issues in terms of parking your car either during the day or during the night.

Nice and cosy, new double ottoman-bed with lots of storage space underneath. There is also a chest of drawers and wardrobe as shown on the pics. In your bedroom you have everything you need to live comfortably.

Netflix and Disney+ (online streaming of series and movies) also available free of charge. Superfast unlimited broadband is also included.

To qualify for two weeks rent free, you must stay with us for six months, let us know that you are leaving with at least 1 month in advance and allow us to show the bedroom to potential tenants during the last month of tenancy when required.
