This is a top floor bedroom, furnished well with a 4ft double bed, a large built in wardrobe a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. It has contemporary, modern decoration. It is next door to the main bathroom that is for the use of two house-mates.

The house is a three storey town house in a B91 Solihull location just off Lode Lane. In the house; there is a very large kitchen/diner/lounge with all appliances, with a comfortable lounging area with a 40 inch digital TV. We have Virgin Business high speed broadband, and in every bedroom there is a TV aerial socket. The house-mates are clean and tidy and look after the place really well, and we supplement this with a cleaner for all communal areas, as well as a gardener. The house is in Council Tax band E.

The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.

The location of the house is great, on a modern build cul-de-sac with plenty of parking space, and not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.

Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has in recent years been awarded the best place to live in the UK Quality of Life Index, and came second the following year!

Finally a bit about me, as a live out Landlord, I am an Accredited member of the Residential Landlords Association, and work closely with the Authorities to ensure my properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security.
