Sadly we are saying goodbye to Jack who is moving into his own home with his girlfriend, and therefore we have lovely double room available approximately mid April (exact date TBC) in this lovely house-share. The house-mates are great, and get along really well, and the environment is friendly, social, clean and tidy. The room is very well presented and has all you could need to be very happy and comfortable, including wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It is right next to the master bathroom, and this is for use of two house-mates only with the other three rooms being en-suite.

As for the rest of the house, we have a contemporary and spacious kitchen/diner, with all appliances and a neat breakfast bar, with a wall mounted 40 inch TV. There is a cosy lounge with a 37 inch digital freeview TV. We have 152mb Virgin high speed broadband throughout, and the bedroom also has its own TV aerial socket.

The house-mates are clean and tidy, and look after the place really well, and we also supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal areas and the one shared bathroom every fortnight.

The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.
This is a three storey town house in a great B91 Solihull location just off Lode Lane, not only giving easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.

Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has been awarded the best place to live in by the UK Quality of Life Index in recent years.

Finally a bit about me, as a live out Landlord, I am an Accredited member of the Residential Landlords Association as well as being MLAS Accredited (Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme), and work closely with the Authorities to ensure my properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security. To ensure we get the highest calibre tenants who we think will get along well in a professional house-share we interview carefully, credit check and request various proofs of id and reference. This is for our benefit as well as yours, to ensure we get a great group of tenants sharing a home together.
