Fabulous house!

Each of the bedrooms are fully furnished and have great storage including built-in wardrobes in all rooms. TVs are provided in all bedrooms as well as the living room and there is superfast broadband and wifi. A cleaner comes fortnightly to clean the kitchen, lounge and all communal areas.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer plus a separate freezer for food storage, microwave, full oven and hob, and plenty of cupboards for storage. We provide all the pots, pans and cooking utensils so that you can simply move in and live! The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and is fully tiled with a large cabinet for storage of your toiletries.
The lounge has a large TV and comfortable sofa and seating area, along with a dining table and chairs, and looks out over the back garden which is enclosed. The house is fully centrally heated with lots of hot running water at all times, and has UPVC double glazing for your comfort and security.

We are professional landlords and prioritise your safety and wellbeing whilst living in one of our properties. The house meets all the requirements for fire safety such as fire doors and an interlinked fire detection system.
