The house is perfectly located on a quiet leafy street on the edge of Leeds City Centre (approx. 20mins walk down the beautiful old canal tow path) but also has Tesco, Lidl, Wilkinson's and the beautiful Gott's Park on your doorstep. Great for chilling on the top overlooking the Kirkstall/Burley valley on a summers day! Or why not kick back with a book on the decking in the afternoon/evening sunshine.
On the ground floor is a country style kitchen with a beautiful feature ingle nook fireplace which has a lovely round table and chairs painted in farrow & ball. The shared kitchen has a new cooker and hob along with a huge Bosch fridge freezer. It also has a microwave/kettle/toaster and don’t worry there’s plenty of storage for your food too!

On the same floor across from the kitchen is the living room which again has a huge feature fire place and has 2 new beautiful black leather sofas and a floor lamp. There’s also a wide screen TV - a very cosy room for those nights watching your favourite films.

The house mates Jay (teacher), Caroline (teacher), Josh (environment officer) and Bence (PHD student) are all professionals and very friendly. All we need now is to find 1 new house mates who is quiet, very clean and tidy to join this very happy house!!
