• PROPERTY: This is a smart 3 storey house consisting of 5 bedrooms. There is a spacious shared living room and a shared kitchen on the first floor, two communal bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor and a separate WC on the first floor. There is a lovely communal garden space as well.

• SHARED SPACES: The Kitchen in fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and crockery you need throughout your stay. There is a designated kitchen cupboard and Fridge Freezer space for each sharer and there are two washer and dryers, which is charged at £2 per dry and £1 per wash. The shared living space has cable TV, and there is dining space within the kitchen. Utility area on the ground floor.

• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. There is a double room, single room and double ensuite on the top floor, and 2 Double rooms on the ground floor.

• PARKING INFO: On street parking only, no parking restrictions or charges in this area. As this is a residential area, we do ask that sharers spread out the areas they park their cars as to not obstruct the neighbours parking.

• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a visiting in House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included. Fast business internet throughout the house.

• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals, over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.

• BOOKING INFO: Flexible, weekly bookings, no long term contracts. Rooms are available to book for a minimum of 1 week, Sunday to Sunday, and you can stay as long as you like.

• PAYMENT INFO: NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Only a £60 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is taken on arrival. Payment is required by Wednesday midday each week to secure your room for the following week. Price is based on a 4 week booking, weekly bookings will incur a £10 / week surcharge.
