I have a double room available to rent Monday to Friday in my own home. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with just myself. Laid back easy going landlord.

Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom including a large bath.

Room is fully furnished with a double bed with very comfortable nectar mattress. Also including bedding and TV and has a large built in wardrobe. May also add a desk if needed.

Very close (less than a mile) to M5 junction 9 with good access to Cheltenham, Gloucester or Worcester. Also just a short walk to Aschurch train station

Onsite allocated parking space.

Available Monday - Friday as I am a single dad and i have my kids every weekend. Flexible for Sun evening - Thursday if preferred.

I always keep my home tidy and would be able to swap bedding at the weekend for you. I am a professional and work Monday to Friday 8 - 4.30pm. Usually very active in the evenings so may not be home all the time.

My home Is a spacious second floor flat with a balcony that has great views of cleeve hill and the Cotswolds.

Would suit a professional/contractor working away from home. Close to Ashchurch army camp, Cotswold retail park and Moog that are all being developed.

Short lets are available if required. Couples also welcome but would have to discuss rent adjustment depending on circumstances.
