Situated in a quiet rural location but within easy reach to Stroud, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham. A 3 bed detached house in Avening, it has off-road parking and all bills are included.

The room has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers with space for a desk and a double bed with mattress.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom and a toilet room downstairs. The kitchen is brand new and large with plenty of cupboard space as well as a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a small patio area outside but big enough for a BBQ and seating. Just above is a grass area. There are plenty of walks and a couple of pubs in Avening.

The home belongs to myself, a professional who works from home in finance. I have a 3 year old dog, Bella, who is very friendly! I spend a lot of time outdoors & will be very respectful of your space. I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of my home.
