Double room with garden in barnwood

Lovely room in large 3 bed house. Two toilets, two living rooms and big kitchen /dining room in Barnwood. I'm Jack. This is my brothers and sister in laws house. They are in china until next june. I'm a carpenter working mostly in devon. Im here about 2 weekends a month so most of the time you will have the house to yourself! Other family stay occasionally. Its a lovely house, newly decorated including large, new kitchen. Looking for someone who will value this lovely house and look after it. Also to note I have a friendly, little dog who comes up with me so you need to be ok with dogs.
