The bedroom offered is fully furnished and is situated at the back of the house and is nice and quiet. Our house has a spacious lounge, the kitchen is a medium size also with a sofa and tv for use. The bathroom has a shower and bath and offers sole use. It is next to the bedroom advertised. A parking space is available off road on property. Use of the patio/garden and washing line is all available.
We both work during the day and are respectful of privacy.
We have one pet a cat who is not solely a house cat.
Berkeley is a quiet village with all amenities and M5 approx 10 mins and the M4 approx 20 mins
