Double room to let

I have a double room for rent within my 2 bedroom apartment. £100 per week including all bills and internet. Bathroom is only shared with myself. The room is unfurnished but does have a wardrobe. I have a decked garden and there is on street parking available, it’s a quiet road in a fairly new housing development. A little about me; I’m a 30 year old easy going guy, enjoy a bit of veggie cooking, walks and cycling, music and going out to the pub once a week.
