Double Room with En-suite

I’m renting out a lovely double room, fully furnished with its own en-suite with a shower.

I have a ground floor flat with a small patio and there is parking available.

The flat also has a family bathroom with a bath tub which you can use if you’re partial.

The photos will differ slightly to what you will end up with as I’m in the process of redecorating. The room is fully furnished with a TV, double bed with memory foam mattress and I'm happy to provide bedding should you require it.

You’ll have access to a fridge, kitchen and related gadgets as well as high speed broadband.

The flat is really close to a couple of great pubs and Bradley Stoke shopping centre as well as the leisure centre and nature reserve for healthier pursuits.

It’s well located for UWE, MOD and Bristol Parkway, Filton Abbey Wood and Patchway stations.

I'm looking for an easygoing flatmate, I’m pretty relaxed and fairly tidy (but not obsessively so) and I’d want whoever lives here to feel comfortable and relaxed

The other flatmates are two pugs so you will need to like (or at least not mind) dogs.

The only bill not included will be electricity which would be split 50/50
