The large window lets in lots of light with a view to the front of the house on to the quiet residential road with very little traffic.

Its own bright en-suite bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet.

Parking available for two cars on the drive plus plenty of free on-street parking opposite the house. Bike storage in the garage.

Down stairs is a spacious kitchen with all cooking and dining facilities. You will have your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space. The separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer.

Relax in the large shared lounge with its TV and two sofas, or enjoy the sunshine and time with friends in the secluded garden.

Very fast broadband WiFi is included, as is council tax, electricity and gas. TV point in bedroom. All rooms are lockable to preserve privacy. There is bike storage in the garage.

The house is in a quiet attractive area near to Southmead Hospital, UWE, Rolls Royce, Aztec West and the MOD with easy access to the city centre, M4 and M5.

Tesco Express is 12 minutes walk, 24 hour Tesco Extra 5 minutes by car, there is a local leisure centre, medical centre, shops, restaurants and the Cribbs Causeway retail and entertainment centres are all nearby.

10 minutes by bus to Bristol Parkway Station for Bristol City Centre, London and all national destinations.

The communal areas are cleaned every two weeks and the lawn is mowed fortnightly in season, all included in the price. Also included are all bills.
