We have two rooms, one large ground floor double room and a small double on the first floor, available in this lovely shared house is located in the calm residential area of Bradley Stoke, not far from parkway station and Aztec West. All bedrooms are comfortable, clean and fully furnished and are available on a flexibly weekly let. *1 Week minimum booking*.

• One shared bathroom on the first floor, with a shower over the bath. Separate W/C on the ground floor, and one bedroom has an ensuite.
• Rooms are Fully furnished, including a desk for those working from home.
• Lovely large garden area, perfect for socialising in the summer months
• Friendly house atmosphere, including a live in house manager who keeps the communal areas clean on a daily basis.
• Large open plan Living / dining area, with a freeview TV.
• Fast internet connection throughout
• Shared kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal during your stay.
• Parking available for 3 cars on the driveway, and plenty of on street parking available on surrounding streets.
• Garage space available for bike storage.
• Essentials supplied free of charge throughout your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, Laundry powder and toilet roll.
• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival. Room fee includes all bills. No deposit or fees. Rent payment is every 4 weeks. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge).
