Spacious Room Available in Bradley Stoke Home

I've converted my study into a lovely, large, bright, and warm bedroom with a toilet conveniently located next to it.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, armchair, and wardrobe. You’ll have full use of the kitchen, a welcoming dining room perfect for meals and chats, and a beautiful garden to relax and unwind in.

The house is shared with me and another lodger, a very nice male master student. We get along well and enjoy a family-like atmosphere. My children are at university so they come home during holidays.

The property is located in the heart of Bradley Stoke, offering excellent access to the Willow Brook Centre (library, gym), Aztec West, Bristol Parkway, and other local businesses.

There is an Aldi and a large 24-hour Tesco within a five-minute walk from the house. The Metrobus m1 service, which connects to Bristol city centre, is also conveniently located just a five-minute walk away (next to Tesco). Buses run every ten minutes and offer a fairly affordable fare for commuting.

Motorway networks, shops, bus services, and various amenities are also nearby. The neighborhood is friendly, with kind and helpful neighbors.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, easy-going person to share the house with, ideally for a six-month stay, with the possibility of extending the contract if we get along well. For shorter-term lets (less than 3 months), the rent will be adjusted by an additional 25% to accommodate the flexibility.

The room is only for a single person, ideally a student or a full-time professional. We have a cat, and unfortunately cannot take any smokers.
