Spacious Room in Large Detached House

The property is located in the heart of Bradley Stoke, offering excellent access to Aztec West, Almondbury, Airbus, Southmead, Bristol Parkway, and other local businesses.

This south-faceing bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, bookshelf and wardrobe. Room is bright and cosy You’ll have full use of the kitchen, a welcoming dining room perfect for meals and chats, and a beautiful garden to relax and unwind in.

The house is shared with me and another lodgers, a very nice Italian. We get along well and we are all enjoy a warm, family-like atmosphere.

I am always traveling and on the go, but I will make sure to be around when my children come home from their university break. I’m kind, considerate, fair and reasonable person I get along well with people and have a relaxed attitude, but I do expect basic house rules to be respected.

There is an Aldi and a large 24-hour Tesco within a five-minute walk from the house. The Metrobus m1 service, which connects to Bristol city centre, is also conveniently located just a five-minute walk away (next to Tesco). Buses run every ten minutes and offer a fairly affordable fare for commuting.

Motorway networks, shops, bus services, and various amenities are also nearby. The neighborhood is friendly, with kind and helpful neighbors.
