All bills and council tax band B are included in the overall price. The house is located in Bradley Stoke, just a few minutes walk from both the M1 and T1 bus stops.
The house would suit a professional who does not permanently work from home. Someone who enjoys a quieter house and is clean and tidy. Also as I work shifts, it’s important that someone is respectful of this as i occasionally work night shifts and weekends.
About me! I am 26 years old and work as a radiographer in the city centre. I enjoy pub trips, movie nights, days and occasional nights out. Also love music events and festivals!
