Nice double room to let

I'm looking to rent my spare room to a professional who is quiet, clean and kind to animals as well as people, who is LGBT, neurodivergent friendly.

The room is fully furnished, including a king sized bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers and shelving, TV.

There's a parking space outside, its a quiet family cul de sac, bus stop right outside and good links to Bristol, Parkway, M4/M5/ M32, Aztec West etc. Space for a bike if needed.

Kitchen has induction hob, double oven. Fridge, freezer, washer, drier, microwave, and table. Bathroom has a shower and bath.

All the rooms are good sized, clean, nicely decorated and modern.

There's not much storage so ideally suits someone who doesn't have many possessions but we can discuss this to see where adjustments can be made.

You'll be sharing with me, my elderly dog (she's quiet not a barker) and indoor cat. I work from home, and have AuADHD so am needing you to be mindful of this as the living room is not shared space.

Most bills are included, inc. broadband, but other bills tbd. Council tax band B.
