Housemates are lovely and friendly with people happy to have a chat/socialise, or for people to do their own thing. It’s a very chilled and respectful house.
5 min walk to Bristol Parkway Station and major quick bus routes (T1 etc). Close to MOD, UWE, M32/M4, Nuffield Gym etc
