I have a large double room available to rent in my modern home in Stoke Gifford for a short term let of 1-3 months – ideal for a friendly, tidy professional looking for a place to relax and feel at home.

The room is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, mattress, large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers – and you’re welcome to bring along any extra furniture to make the space your own.

This is a newly built house with all the modern amenities you’d expect:
• Spacious living room with a 65” TV, Netflix, and ultra-fast broadband
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, dining area, washer, and tumble dryer

You’ll share the main bathroom with me (which has a bath/shower), and there’s also a separate WC downstairs for convenience.

• Easy access to M4, M5, and M32

PLEASE NOTE: this is a short term let for the Spring. It is available for 1-3 months, there may be a possibility to extend.
