Double room available in lovely Little Stoke home

Hi! I’m looking for a lodger either full time or a Mon-Fri basis.

The room is a double and comes with wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, bed and TV.

The house is in a great location, a short walk from Patchway train station and Bristol Parkway as well as plenty of bus routes to get in and out of town.

Conveniently located near local shops including Willowbrook Centre with the biggest Tesco I’ve ever seen! Great motorway access (M4/M5/M32) and less than a 10 minute drive to MOD/Filton/Airbus/Cribbs Causeway etc.

This is my first home so I am very house proud. I like to keep it clean and tidy and expect a lodger to do the same. This house would not suit someone who works from home as I work from home already.

I respect my privacy so having a balance in the house of time alone and time together is very important to me. I treat this as a home rather than a house share and so want a lodger who respects that.

A bit about me - I am 28, I work in Bristol city centre and I have my own horse so I’m always kept busy. I like to be out with friends socialising but also love a good night in, a glass of wine and a good Netflix binge!
