(Vegan Only) Double Room Nr Bristol Parkway & UWE

Vegans only please! Could you please state this in any messages so that I know you've read this bit, I will ignore messages otherwise - thank you.

I have a double room available in my house/flat, located in Stoke Gifford. You can use postcode BS34 8LH to check the location: it's about a 10 minute walk from Bristol Parkway and 15 from UWE or Filton Abbey Wood.

The room has a king size bed, large wardrobe, drawers, and a small desk. The house has good internet, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a decent TV setup in the lounge. There's plenty of storage including a garage downstairs with internal access. Parking is on-street.

About me: I'm vegan and work from home, so I'm around the house most of the time either working, playing games, or watching TV. I have a cat (Kimmy) who is very friendly, but for that reason I can't accept any pets like a cat or dog. Smaller animals are ok.

This is intended as a 2+ month agreement, but I always specify a 0 day notice period so you can leave whenever you want (still 30 days notice on my part).
