My partner and I are looking for a housemate which likes dogs and ideally works office-based.

*Convenient location for Aztec West, Cribbs Causeway, M4 & M5.
*5min from m1 bus stop to UWE and city centre*

* a friend we have agreed on sharing a few months ago dropped off last minute, so I’m afraid we will be charging 1-month deposit this time upon agreeing to room*

*We are putting our double bedroom for rent, furnished or unfurnished, as preferred. *value is inclusive of rent, council tax, internet, water rates, ground rent, management fee and others* negotiable gas + electricity,

* My partner has a hybrid job, and our office/room will be available for use whenever my partner is away. I (Patricia) will be predominantly based in London, travelling to Bristol every second weekend or so. My husband will likely be spending weekdays in Bristol and travelling every other weekend to London so we can spend weekends together.

* the office / guest room will then be used by us when at home, however, whenever we’re not in, it is absolutely up for use! it is a great setup for working from home and also benefits from a boulder training wall.

*off street parking, garage and loft access, so also loads of storage space

* the prospective lodger have to like pets, but we’re expecting no commitment whatsoever, as our dog boy will be coming and going with us.

*pets are welcomed upon assess.

* it is not a party house, you would be more than welcome to have guests over, and even let them used our room/ office if staying for the night, just note this is NOT a party house. It is in a very friendly and family neighbourhood.

*couples welcomed for 30% extra, also up for considering whole property rent from October onwards.

*the house is 2-3/years old, so there’s no colony of spiders and mould (yet)-*

* the room is available from now and at an unlimited/ undefined period.

*it is more important for us to have someone we trust and become friends over time inside our home than to rush on getting anyone in.

* so, if you got interested in the space and would like a different arrangement, as of week only or on-and-off, monthly or whatever you think would suit you best, let us know in your incoming text.

* please send a message telling a bit about yourself and why you would you like to move in / are moving out your current place.

* we tried making the house the most practical we can, so we are expecting a level of tidying up. the room for rent haven’t been redone yet, so it can be rented unfurnished or with double bed and hangers if you’d like. The rest of the house comes as shown. (Dishwasher, washing machine, foodie, gas stove and everything else you need for a comfortable living)

*smoking is not allowed.

* please note: I’m a fake vegetarian (meaning I don’t ever cook meat but I don’t deprive myself of eating if I feel like it). However, my partner does his steaks and fillets every week, so there will be animal derivates in the house.
