Need a lodger for new house in Hambrook from Dec

Hi,

I am looking for someone to move into my new home with me. I have bought a brand new house that will be finished and ready to move in December / January time. I am looking for someone to be not just a lodger but a friend too. I love sport, watching and playing, I cycle, run and go to the gym regularly. I enjoy being outdoors but also happy chilling with a good movie or listening to music. I work full time as a physio in the week and some occasional Saturdays. Spend weekends socialising with friends and family. Going out for food and drinks, and the occasional dance session. My sister who lives nearby has a new born so will pop round a lot. I want someone to fit in with my life and I with theirs. Not interested in someone who just wants to hide away in their room. It’s also important that you are clean and tidy, and wouldn’t need to be asked to contribute to house chores.
The room is a double and can come furnished / unfurnished. The house has a living room and separate kitchen diner (see floor plans). There is a wc downstairs, family bathroom, which will be for your use and I have an en suite. There is a spare bedroom for occasional guests to stay. A garden, in which I plan to build a shed gym. Driveway with parking for 2.
