There is a shared living room/kitchen area with plenty of space and a TV. The house comes with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There are 2 shared bathrooms and a toilet, with one of the rooms having their own ensuite.

The house is located very close to the Frenchay campus of UWE and is within comfortable walking distance to a bustop which transports to the center of Bristol.

Currently, there are 5 people living in the house, 2 girls and 3 boys. On the lookout for a person to take over my tenancy for room 1.
