Student required for group let

There are currently 5 university students that are looking for a 6th to join a shared household. The house is ready to move into as soon as preferred on an individual contract via Ballon Letting. However, in August it will be changing to a group contract instead of individual. There are 5 people wanting to join this new contract, we need a 6th to complete it.
