Double Room Bills Included

My lovely sister is moving to Canada so I’m looking for someone to fill her room from Sunday 29th June.

This is a double room in a spacious first floor flat living with me and my two friendly cats. There’s a communal kitchen and living space and you will have the main bathroom too. Bonuses include free parking, high speed fibre broadband, a dishwasher and being very close to the MOD, Rolls Royce, Airbus and Cribbs Causeway.

I’m looking for someone who is chilled, generally has a peaceful Mon-Thurs and is respectful of keeping the place clean and tidy. I work Monday to Friday so generally have a quieter week and like to get out and about on the weekends. My interests include swimming, cycling, watching the rugby, coffee shops, bakeries, sunny beer gardens and anything creative so would be great to find someone likeminded!
