Double en-suite bedroom or large bedroom

Female, friendly household, has two double rooms available, one 3 x 3meter room comes with a en-suite 1.5 x 3m. The other 6x4m large room has a large shared bathroom 3 x 3m shared with one other person (female) I look after little Dogs for a living and have two little dogs myself.

The room is a Double Room in an annex, with double bed and two small wardrobes. (Bills not included £150 per month and subject to fair usage, (using more than £65 gas & electricity per month will be charged as extra according to use).
Near Cribbs Causeway & Patchway (5mins) with access onto the M5 & M4 corridors at the top of the road. Non smoker non vape only! The room & en-suite is approximately 5m x 3m total and is furnished. The Ideal lodger would be working outside the home during the day when the dog daycare is using the garden next door. 8.30-5.30pm
The annexe has its own separate garden area but is visible from the main garden.
