Double room with semi-private bathroom

Double room with semi-private external bathroom available asap.

Currently unfurnished, but if required, I can get a double bed + mattress, wardrobe + desk for you.

I am looking for a flatmate, ideally for the long run. I am very social, so it's important we get along, please introduce yourself, a bit about your hobbies, work, interests.

I am working from home on a hybrid basis, I'd like somebody who is either hybrid or office based.

My dog Cleo will live with us, so it's important that you like pets.

The bathroom will mainly be used by you as I do have a small ensuite with a shower, however if guests come around, they might use it, it's important that you keep it clean and tidy.

The living room has a sofa, a coffee table and a tv, which you are more than welcome to use.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, airfryer and coffee machine.

The bills are split in half: council tax, gas, electricity, water and wifi. At the beginning and end of your tenancy, we'll take meter readings of gas & electricity as well as water to ensure it's been paid fairly. If any of the bills needs to be adjusted, it'll be based on true usage and actual readings.
