Looking for a flatmate ideally for the long run. Me and the other tenant are quite social, so it's important we get along, please introduce yourself, a bit about your hobbies, work and interests. I am 28, love the gym and travelling, on weekends I am usually out with my friends, I am very career driven. The other tenant is 23, works for Airbus, likes to curl up on the sofa and watch the tv after work, also into running.
We are working from home on a hybrid basis, I'd like somebody who is either hvbrid or office based.
The bathroom will be used by you and the other tenant as I do have a small ensuite with a shower, however if guests come around, they might use it, it's important that you keep it clean and tidy.
The living room has a sofa, a coffee table and a tv, which you are more than welcome to use.
The kitchen has a fridge. freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, airfryer and coffee machine.
The bills are split equally between the 3 of us: council tax, gas, electricity, water and wifi. If any of the bills needs to be adiusted, it'Il be based on true usage and actual readings.
