Hi - I have a spare double room in my 4 x bedroom townhouse which I am looking to rent out (on ground floor away from other bedrooms on the top floor). I live with my 12 year old Sophie, cats Lola and Coco and work in Bristol. We're very sociable, friendly and enjoy dinner parties, movies etc. 2 x living spaces with 2 x TVs and a large kitchen/diner area - modern house. Decent sized front & back garden with patio and a garage for storage. The house and room is modern and comes fully furnishedwith king sized bed.
