The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard, including spacious and bright modern fitted kitchen with appliances and open plan dining room, cloakroom, spacious lounge, bathroom with shower above bath and garden. The property is warm, and all bills are included including wireless broadband. Sorry no smokers or pets. Ideally I am looking for a professional, Monday to Friday lodger but I would consider fewer days or 7 days also.
