Close to local amenities; 1 min walk to Tesco, Costa, Dominos, Greggs, David Lloyd. 10 minute drive to centre of Gloucester.

Easy access to M5 (5 mins).

Would consider a rental on a Mon-Fri basis as well as a full time basis.

I have a dog (Labrador) so any potential renters should be dog friendly. Would consider someone who has their own dog but would require a meet before to make sure the dogs get on. No cats.

I live in the property, work fairly 'normal' hours.
