A small but comfortable room available in a quiet, relaxed home in Brockworth. The room is furnished with a 4ft small double bed, wardrobe space, and space for a small desk – ideal for a student or professional who needs a peaceful place to live and work.

The house is brand new (I’ve only been here a year), so everything is modern, clean, and in great condition. I’m a teacher and often stay with my girlfriend, so the house is quiet for much of the week. I have another male lodger but he’s only around 3 days per week and goes home most weekends.

You’ll also be sharing the space with Luna – my small, very friendly and chilled-out dog. So being comfortable around dogs is a must. I’d also consider someone with a dog, for an additional fee, as long as it’s the right fit for both pets and the home.

I enjoy socialising, especially a few drinks at the weekend, so if you’re someone who likes a chat and the occasional glass of wine or beer, that’s always welcome – but it’s by no means a requirement.
