About the flat:
• Spacious double bedroom (semi-furnished)
• Located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Brockworth
• Rent is £588 per month, per room (bills not included)
• Rent and bills will be split equally between us
• Available to move in ASAP (move-in date can be discussed)
 
I am friendly, clean and tidy. I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat, but I also value my quiet time and often head to bed early. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and easy-going to create a comfortable home environment together.
