I'm renting two rooms in my three bed home in Brockworth. Newly furnished throughout. Kitchen complete with washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher. Plethora of kitchen, dinner and glassware. The main bathroom has both a bath and separate shower. There is also a cloakroom down stairs. House is in an established and quiet residential area. Close to number 10 bus route taking you to both Gloucester and Cheltenham. Close to M5 (North e. g. Birmingham & South e. g. Bristol) and A417 (for London). Parking and garden available for shared use. Looking for clean and respectful tenants to care for the home when I’m not there (often) but be friendly when I am there (infrequently). You would be sharing the property with one other tenant. Would consider renting exclusively to a couple for a discount on the price of two rooms.

Room 1: full time, single occupancy £550, available 13th January
Room 2: full time, single occupancy £600, available 21st January

Prices includes bills: council tax, gas, electric, broadband, water.
