Double room in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, chest of drawers and space for a desk if required. Wall hanging space for clothes.

Solar panels, air source heat pump heating and hot water, with external wall insulation; so you'll be toasty warm here.

Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and clothes airers (inside or out, as you prefer). Large dining table and benches in the kitchen. Lounge with 32" TV with chromecast. 2 bathrooms- 1 bath, 2 showers, 2 toilets. Private front and back garden, plus community garden in the making in front of the house.

Parking on street available, bike storage available in the back garden shed if required. Bus service into Bath & Bristol, Keynsham train station 15mins cycle,

I work from home 3 days per week and do shifts 1 or 2 days. I go to gigs, theatre or comedy shows, once or twice a month. I travel once a month to see family and friends, occasionally for work. I like a calm and peaceful home. My partner comes over once or twice a week too, occasionally with his 9yr old during the day. I'm generally not up late in the evenings, so would need the flat mate to respect that.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is friendly and has their own interests. Likes cats, my cat is very friendly and thinks she owns the house! Ideally you'd be willing to feed her when I go away.
