Double en suite in warm clean detached 🏡 near Dursley. Parking on drive.
The room has a wardrobe , bookshelves, table and chair, Under-bed storage, TV, mini fridge, kettle ,toaster and ironing board. ( you will need your own iron as I don’t do ironing)
Kitchen range, air fryer, microwave, shared fridge and freezer space. Own cupboard for food. Kitchen utensils etc shared.
Bedding and towels provided if required.
I do all washing as it’s more economical to keep to full loads.
All bills included.

There is storage space for bicycle, tools etc.
Convenient for shops, gym and swimming pool 🏊‍♂️. Train station 🚉 is 5 minutes drive away. Buses stop out side property. Bristol, Cheltenham, London, Birmingham etc are easily accessed by nearby M4 and M5.
I’m a live in landlord with two small dogs. I have a lodger who has been here a long while and keeps very much to himself.
Probably suit a mature person who enjoys country life. The Cotswold way is nearby along with beautiful walks including Stinchcome hill.
I have a very large garden visited by hedgehogs 🦔 foxes 🦊 and badgers 🦡 . Looking for clean honest person who appreciates the beauty of this planet 🌏 and respects personal space.
Just one house rule, slippers only indoors.
