This is a spacious double room in a large three bedroom, detached house with enclosed garden. Shared living area with a well-equipped lounge, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom (all shared on the ground floor). There is a first floor bathroom for your sole use. I have some furniture - including a double bed - but can let the room furnished or unfurnished.

House is as-new with a lovely large enclosed garden. Bills are minimal as the house is super-efficient on heating and other bills. Definitely worth a viewing and I'm open to discussing furnishings and duration of the let.
