Clean living, NON SMOKER, reliable, quiet, respectful lodger sought for small annex unit in a Wildlife Rescue (so only suitable for true animal lovers.) Has own toilet, ensuite shower & kitchenette. Private covered walkway for bike storage etc. Mon to fri or 7 day week let. Single occupancy.
Close to local shop, & short walk from woods & open countryside.
Animal lover essential. Well behaved small pet considered.
Rent includes most bills. Electric is on a meter.
Absolutely NO SMOKERS. .
Not suitable for loud party animals or anyone with loads of clutter.
