Small Double Room to rent

Hi, I have just moved in to the property and have made it all fresh, the bathroom and carpets will all be new by the time you move in 🎉 😍

Home must be a clean, safe and happy space for us to exist in each day and the kitchen clean for whenever one of us wishes to cook.

I can only share with somebody capable of life, responsible in it and respectful of others and their property.

No meals or snacks upstairs I’m afraid, kinda grosses me out plus the new carpet 🙈

I enjoy drive and ambition in a person to create an interesting and growth environment.

There is a lovely little garden here. Plenty of parking on the quiet cul de sac road.

We’re in very close proximity to our neighbours here and they seem really lovely so relationships with them is also important, I plan for this to be my home for a long time.

We would share a rather small bathroom unfortunately only with an air vent no window !!

The downstairs is comfortable for two people though.

The bedroom on offer consists of a large wardrobe and a set of shelves and two side tables. And of course space for shoes and jackets downstairs. Not really any need for kitchen stuff, I have plenty. Obvs if you have a fave few pieces, there is space in a cupboard, perhaps a pan.

I am currently a supply teacher with other projects on the side. I live here as I have family members near by. I grew up in Devon and France, I lived in london for nine years and Bristol for three. I wanted to be a film maker originally !!

I like swimming in a pool or lake. I like cycling in the city, would be cool to have somebody to go with here. I like going for walks !!
