Bedroom and shared open plan living space

Lovely bungalow on the edge of the Cotswolds and easy commute to Bristol and Gloucester. You’ll have a large bedroom , shared shower room, open plan lounge/ kitchen with light bright feel. I’m not around much so you’ll have the place to yourself for the most part. For this reason I’d like to share the cost of gas and electricity, broadband and council tax.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make your meals. Large fridge freezer, electrical appliances and lots if meal preparation areas.
There’s a washing machine in the utility area at the rear if the garage. The garage is lucked off for my personal use.
