Houseshare

I will shortly be moving into a 4 bedroomed modern detached house with two en-suite bedrooms that has been tenanted for 5 years. Looking for a house share, happy if you have some of your own furniture, would consider a single parent who has children full/part time. Owner will be away several nights a week. Open to options, I am separating and moving out of the marital home into a property we own but need to find a house share to help cover the mortgage. Happy to discuss. I am a clean, tidy person, Will have our two spaniels some of the time., No photos available as yet.
