Double room with its own Parking / Charlton Kings

I am looking for a new flatmate for my spare room in a 2 bedroom property in Charlton kings.

It’s a period property with lots of character, a lovely communal garden and lots of free parking (in its own off street car park). It is just over the road from sixways where there is a coop, petrol station, barbers, cafes and a variety of shops.

The ground floor flat is fully furnished with brand new carpets and a new bathroom. It has free off street parking (carpark) and is roughly a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle into town (0.9 miles).

The following bills will be split equally each month: Gas, water, Electricity and WiFi.

This is typically between £60-£90 each per month (for all bills) depending on the time of the year
