There is a lovely double room available from the 8th November on the ground floor of this stunning, cozy, and welcoming four bed house. All the girls who currently live in the property are Christians who attend different local churches across cheltenham. They would therefore prefer another Christian female to live in the house with them.

The landlords are a lovely family who want each tenant to treat the home as if it were their own, meaning that there is a freedom to hang up/nail pictures, mirrors etc into walls. They just ask that we treat the space well and with loving care.

There is a lovely garden which is a sun trap in summer! For fellow keen gardeners, this has been such a joy transforming the garden slowly with different flowers and vegetables! There is also a study for someone to put their desk if they need to work from home/study.

In total, I have paid £457.11 total a month with rent and bills. Very affordable and no other rent rate like it in Cheltenham. Everything in the bedroom will be going so the room will need to be fully furnished.

The house is situated on the London road bus routes so if you don't fancy the 25 min walk into town, there is that option. The area is quiet and neighbours are lovely.
