House Share In Beautiful Charlton Kings

Beautiful house located in a quiet mews in charlton kings. Very midsummer murders but without the drama! Lovely setting 1 minute walk and you are in the countryside (I often see deer when I go running) and a 25 minute walk and you're in town.

I have been renting the house for the last 9 months and am looking for a new housemate. There are 2 spare rooms which means there is space for visitors and a second wardrobe if you need it.

I would love to find a housemate who is happy be sociable at times. This is very much a house share and not a rent-a-room. I'm a teacher and so often work long days and am often out and about evenings and weekends. but it would be nice to live with someone willing to share a bottle of prosecco or a tub of Ben and jerrys occasionally.

The garden gets sunshine throughout the day and is equipped with a BBQ so great for summer! We also have an extra house mate called alvis-he is a dwarf rabbit and he's super friendly and great for a cuddle.
