Description

A double room available in St Paul's for rent, ideally for single occupancy but would consider couples (see below for more details on couples).

Available for full time or Monday-Friday occupancy; I am flexible depending on circumstances and happy to negotiate rent accordingly. Couples or singles welcome, but at an additional cost for couples - cost would rise to £500 inc bills for couples.

Small pets considered HOWEVER please note there is a small pug dog living in the house already.

Bedroom (downstairs): Recently redecorated with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside lamp. A clothes rail or wardrobe can be provided if required.

Please see the floor plan for exact sizes.

Communal area in the open plan kitchen/living room. This has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen.

Bills included are electricity, gas, WiFi and water. Council tax not included. .

I am looking for a long term lodger(s) but will consider shorter stays.

If you’re interested please message and I can arrange for more photos or a video of the property, depending on quarantine situation.

Parking is on street and permit costs £10/month and is not included in the bills.

The house is located near St Paul’s church - very close to Pittville Park, the Brewery Quarter, the University and a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town and the bus station.

I am flexible with availability, message any questions.
