A double room available in a cosy, conveniently located flat, a 10 min walk to the train station and a 15 min walk to GCHQ. You will be sharing with me: a 36 year old sociable and friendly professional with a wide range of interests, working in the heritage and architecture sector. Ideally, I would like to find a fun flatmate, rather than just a tenant. My 2 bedroom flat is on the second floor of a well-looked after block of flats (no lift - sorry). It has a spacious kitchen, good size living/dining room, smallish bathroom/toilet and a balcony. There’s also a separate store room, which is convenient if you are a cyclist. Free off-street parking is available. I’ve no preference when it comes to gender, but please note that I'm gay. Sorry, no pets please. I will consider both longer and shorter stays.
