A double room available in a cosy, conveniently located flat, a 10 min walk to the train station and a 15 min walk to GCHQ and 20 mins to the centre of Cheltenham. You will be sharing with me: a 37 year old sociable and friendly professional with a wide range of interests, working in the heritage and architecture sector.
Ideally, I would like to find a friendly flatmate, rather than just a lodger. My two bedroom flat is on the second floor of a well-looked after block of flats (no lift - sorry). It has a spacious kitchen, good size living/dining room, smallish bathroom/toilet and a balcony. Free off-street parking.
I go away quite a lot so you will have the place to yourself from time to time. I’ve no preference when it comes to gender, but please note that I'm gay, so you will have be ok with that, I suppose!
I will consider both longer and shorter stays. Please get in touch if interested. Sorry, no pets and no smokers. Also, the flat is not suitable for someone working solely from home.
