One small double room available in this lovely, modern, 5 double bed, furnished house in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the town, a large Tesco, railway station, Hardwick and Francis Close University Campuses, GE Aviation and good transport links.
Present household is a student who has lived there for over 5 years (one has just moved out after five years living at the house hence vacancy) two guys moved in a year ago and one guy has recently moved in. One is a student who also works part time and the others work full time. The guys like sport, kayaking, having a beer and are easy going.
They are looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to share the house and are happy to meet/chat with anyone interested. Ideally, working professionals/ older student in their 20’s looking for a quiet household.
Open plan kitchen/living area, 5 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pretty enclosed garden with flower borders and patio maintained by the Landlord. Plenty of on road free parking and one car parking space. The internet provider is Virgin Media with excellent wifi speed which is included in with the rent. The house is economical to heat, well insulated, gas combi boiler with instant, continuous hot water. It has the required gas, electrical safety and energy performance certificates together with smoke and flame detectors. The house has been awarded Cheltenham Borough Council's Fit to Rent Certificate and HMO Licence. Council Tax Band B.
Our aim is to provide a safe, comfortable living environment for our tenants. We are reliable and friendly landlords and only have two rentals in Cheltenham. We do not use agents and only live 30 mins drive away so are able to respond quickly, if necessary.
